Services provided in our office are covered by many insurance companies, but your reimbursement from the insurance company will depend on your out-of-network coverage, deductible, etc. We will gladly help you with your insurance requests, and provide an explanation of services with the necessary diagnostic codes to you, so that you can submit the claim to your insurance company for reimbursements.

Any lab tests ordered through Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, Med-Labs or Bioreference Labs should be covered by your insurance plan.

Specialty lab testing coverage varies depending on your Insurance. We advise patients to make all payment arrangements for specialized testing directly with the lab performing the test.
